Judging Criteria
Each project will be evaluated based on the following criteria, focusing on technical excellence, creativity, and practical impact in transforming venue management with AI-powered video solutions. Teams should strive to leverage the Nx infrastructure effectively and address real-world challenges in public venues.

| Leverage of Nx Infrastructure | 25 | Evaluate how well the team utilized the Nx infrastructure to build their solution. Did they maximize the capabilities of Nx Toolkit and the powerful Nx AI Manager in their projects, or rely more on their own code? |
| Functionality | 20 | Judges will assess how well the project addresses specific challenges in venue management using video and AI. Does the solution work as intended, effectively implementing all core features? |
| Completion | 15 | Evaluate the project’s completeness within the time frame. Were the main features fully developed, and does the solution demonstrate overall polish, usability, and relevance to venue-oriented objectives? |
| Innovation | 15 | Consider the originality and creativity of the approach. Does it bring fresh insights or novel methods to venue management? Are there unique features that set the project apart in the use of video and AI? |
| Real-World Impact | 10 | Assess the solution’s potential impact in real-world venues. Does it address critical challenges such as crowd management, security, or visitor experience? Is the solution scalable and feasible for real deployment? |
| Code Quality | 8 | Assess the quality and organization of the code, including readability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. |
| Presentation & Communication | 7 | Evaluate the team’s ability to present and explain their project through the video recording. Is the solution’s purpose clear, and is the value effectively communicated to the judges, particularly regarding venue-specific use cases and benefits? |
